-based employers with entry-level staffing, is looking for a PERM Immigration Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to support high-volume EB-3 labor certifications (PERM) and I-140 immigrant petitions.

This is a long-term opportunity with a growing, well-funded company operating in the business immigration space.

• Salary Range
  : $75K/year to $95K/year, or more, commensurate with experience.

  Role can be full-time or part-time.

You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple cases independently, while following detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs).

You appreciate accountability, clarity, and thrive in a team-first culture. While the tasks can be repetitive, you know how to focus and check your work to ensure zero mistakes.

In this role, you’ll file Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) requests through the DOL FLAG system, assist with full PERM labor certification preparation, and track PERM case timelines and respond to DOL correspondence and audits.

Additionally, you will help prepare and file EB-3 I-140s and also manage client communications throughout the process.
