Central London / Remote Working (Hybrid)

Prestigious London law firm with a strong reputation for their property work are looking for an assistant to join their leading residential property team and deal with Post Completion work.

Duties will include:

• Preparing and filing SDLT forms
• MR01 registration with Companies House
• Registrations via the Land Registry portal
• Preparing and serving Notices on completion
• Placing Indemnities on risk
• Being pro‑active chasing other party’s solicitors and/or dealing with Land Registry’s requisition(s)
• Scheduling deeds and documents to lenders and clients

It is essential that you have experience in post‑completion work, have completed (or are currently undertaking) the LPC and have experience in working with a high‑volume caseload. Progression available for the right candidate. Very friendly, renowned property team.
