Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Insurance Defense/Personal Injury Defense team. This role involves independently managing a caseload and working alongside senior litigators on high-exposure matters involving:

• Auto and trucking accidents
• Premises liability claims

Responsibilities include:

• Handling cases from inception to resolution
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conducting and defending depositions
• Attending court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Engaging directly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• 310+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on insurance or personal injury defense
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to handle cases with autonomy and contribute to a collaborative team environment
