100% REMOTE Contract to Hire Labor Attorney / Employment Lawyer

Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr.

We are a growing employment law firm looking for a fully remote contract-to-hire Labor Lawyer / Wage and Hour Attorney licensed in California. The role is a contract-to-hire position based in California.

As an Associate Attorney / Wage & Hour Attorney, you will be responsible for drafting wage and hour complaints and related documents, providing legal counsel on employment matters, and collaborating with the team on litigation matters.

• Hourly rate $50‑60/hr.

• Conversion to a permanent role after 3 months.

• California Bar license.
• California residence.
• Willingness to work on a 3‑month contract before potential conversion.
• Professional Wage and Hour experience.
• Professional experience writing complaints.
• JD from an accredited law school.
