• Prepares and drafts legal documents for filing and correspondence
• Drafts pleadings, motions, judgments, and orders
• Corresponds with attorneys, court personnel, and clients
• Interviews witnesses and prepares them for testimony
• Ensures accuracy of all documents
• Appears promptly in court on assigned cases
• Handles all aspects of assigned cases
• Performs administrative duties such as filing, mailing, and organizing files
• Conducts legal research on specific issues

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• A J.D. degree
• Family law experience is preferred but not required
• Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five or more years of litigation experience
