• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses
• Analyze factual records and legal issues to assess claims and defenses
• Take and defend depositions
• Work directly with in-house counsel, experts, third-party administrators, and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial and arbitration preparation, including:
• Motions in limine
• Jury instructions and trial briefs
• Exhibits and witness preparation

• 3–7 years of litigation experience (insurance, ERISA, or financial services experience preferred)
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong work ethic with a self-starter mindset
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Active admission to the California State Bar (required)

• Compensation: $140,000 – $220,000 + bonus
