Employment Attorney

Overview

We are a growing employment law firm hiring a fully remote contract‑to‑hire Labor Attorney / Wage & Hour Attorney based in California. The role begins with a 3‑month contract with conversion to a permanent direct‑hire position.

$50–$60 per hour

• Represent clients in wage and hour complaints and related litigation.
• Draft and file wage and hour complaints and pleadings.
• Provide wage and hour legal advice to employment clients.

• CA Bar license.
• Licensed in California and a California resident.
• Willingness to work a 3‑month contract before conversion to a permanent direct‑hire role.
• Professional wage and hour experience and experience writing wage and hour complaints.
• JD from an accredited law school.

• Hourly rate of $50–$60 per hour.
