100% REMOTE Contract to Hire Labor Attorney / Employment Lawyer Needed for Growing Firm!

Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

This is a contract‑to‑hire role for a fully remote Labor Attorney/Employment lawyer with a growing employment law firm located in California.

• Draft and file wage and hour complaints, including compliance with California wage laws.
• Represent clients in wage and hour disputes, from initial investigation through litigation.
• Assist with writing and reviewing complaints and supporting documentation.
• Provide legal guidance on wage, hour, and employment law issues to clients and staff.

• California Bar license and California residency.
• Professional experience in wage and hour or employment law.
• Experience writing complaints and handling wage and hour litigation.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Willingness to work a 3‑month contract before conversion to a permanent direct‑hire role.

• Hourly rate between $50‑60/hr.
