Paralegal – Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm – Full Time

Established mid-size Center City Philadelphia Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm seeking full-time Paralegal with Personal Injury law experience. Flexible work schedule and the ability to work from home one day per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and experience in Personal Injury law.

• Answering Interrogatories with clients
• Answering Requests for Production of Documents
• Gather Documents
• Scheduling Depositions
• Filing Pleadings, Motions & Memos
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 1-5 years of Paralegal experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with firm personnel
• High degree of professionalism and punctuality
• Excellent written communication skills including accurate grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Knowledge of litigation documents (preferred)
• Teamwork oriented
• The ability to work independently/sort priorities with minimal direct supervision.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Ability to commute to Philadelphia, PA
• Hybrid options available

• Personal Injury Litigation paralegal: 2 years (Required)
