We are seeking a skilled litigator to join our Alexandria office.

  : $130,000–$150,000 base salary plus performance bonuses and end‑of‑year bonus potential

• Represent clients in MSPB and EEO proceedings
• Litigate cases before the EEOC and in District Courts
• Lead depositions and navigate cases through summary judgment
• Apply expertise in Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, and FLSA

• Strategic problem‑solver who takes initiative and thrives under pressure
• Collaborative team player who works well with attorneys and support staff
• Excellent client counseling skills, guiding clients through difficult workplace situations to a favorable resolution
• Crafts compelling demand letters that achieve pre‑litigation settlements
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience (federal-sector experience preferred but not required)
• Virginia Bar license preferred;
  Maryland or DC admission is a plus; labor and employment litigation experience highly valued
