, is expanding its litigation team and seeking Counsel or Senior Counsel-level attorneys with 5+ years of California wage & hour employment litigation experience
. The firm focuses exclusively on wage & hour class actions and PAGA matters and offers attorneys the opportunity to work on high-impact cases

• Manage a caseload of approximately 30‑40 wage & hour and PAGA matters after onboarding.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients, co‑counsel, and opposing counsel.

• 3+ years of California wage & hour employment litigation experience (class actions and/or PAGA).
• Strong litigation fundamentals, including discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Desire to focus long‑term on wage & hour and PAGA litigation.
• Ability to work remotely within California with occasional travel.
• This role is best suited for attorneys trained in firm‑based litigation environments.
