We are a growing employment law firm seeking a fully remote contract‑to‑hire Labor Attorney / Wage‑and‑Hour Attorney licensed in California.

• Base pay: $50.00/hr – $60.00/hr
• Contract‑to‑hire: 3‑month contract with conversion to permanent direct hire
• Fully remote (100%)
• Hourly rate between $50–$60 per hour

• Medical, dental and vision coverage

• CA Bar license
• California residency
• Willingness to work on a 3‑month contract before conversion to permanent
• Professional experience in wage‑and‑hour law
• Experience drafting wage‑and‑hour complaints
• JD from an accredited law school
