Location
Hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, with the ability to work from home one day per week and collaborate in a modern DTLA office the remainder of the week.
Note
This role requires active California Bar admission and substantial personal injury litigation experience. Candidates without hands‑on PI litigation experience will not be considered.

Job Description
- Manage personal injury cases from pre‑litigation through resolution
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings and mediations
- Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Prepare demand packages and litigation strategy
- Collaborate with internal legal and support teams to drive case outcomes
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 6+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, and court appearances
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
