Our client is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney with 3 to 15 years of experience to join its growing team. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while supporting employer side clients across a wide range of industries. Candidates with substantial experience may also be considered for Of Counsel opportunities.

• Represent employers in federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies
• Manage all phases of employment litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation and trial preparation
• Advise clients on wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and other workplace matters
• Draft legal memoranda, position statements, dispositive motions and settlement agreements
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness and strategic guidance

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• 3 to 15 years of labor and employment litigation experience
• Strong analytical writing and case management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Base salary: $175,000 to $250,000+ (DOE)
• Eligibility for Of Counsel placement depending on experience
