Litigation Attorney (Full Remote – California)

Job SummaryOur clients are seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Attorney to join their growing legal team. This is a 100% remote opportunity open to attorneys located anywhere across California, offering flexibility while working on high-quality litigation matters.
The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing cases throughout all stages of litigation, from initial case assessment through resolution, while collaborating with a supportive and experienced legal team.
Key Responsibilities- Handle litigation matters from inception through settlement or trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
- Manage deadlines and maintain organized case files
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 3+ years of prior litigation experience (civil, employment, or commercial litigation preferred)
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Excellent communication and time‑management abilities
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
