Associate Attorney - Litigation

Job Summary

Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. has an opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join our Litigation practice. Candidates will work in the Charleston, South Carolina office with a hybrid work schedule that balances in‑office and remote work.

• Take on significant case‑handling responsibilities immediately.
• Interact directly with clients and manage a caseload as the lead attorney.
• Receive mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm.

• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• 1–3 years of prior litigation experience.
• Current membership with the South Carolina Bar (preferred).
