About the role

You’ll be joining our Corporate & Commercial team (IMD Corporate) and working closely alongside Michelle Mersey
, a Partner in our Commercial Team and a New York-qualified attorney with extensive experience advising international businesses.

The role is firmly commercial contracts-focused
. You will be advising UK and international clients on the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of a wide range of commercial agreements
, with direct client contact from an early stage.

This is a genuine opportunity to:

This role is for you if:

✅ You’re qualified in England & Wales (or hold an equivalent international qualification)

✅ You have experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

✅ You’re comfortable managing client relationships directly (or keen to develop this fast)
