Based in the firm's office near Burnley, you’ll step into a diverse caseload of wills, probate, and estate planning matters, with the chance to develop your leadership and technical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• 5+ PQE Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experienced in managing a mixed private client caseload with minimal supervision
• Proven track record advising HNW clients and handling complex estates
• STEP qualified (preferred but not essential)
• Personable, client-focused, and collaborative
• Commercially aware, with a genuine interest in supporting junior team members

• Managing a caseload comprising roughly 60% probate and 40% wills work
• Advising on estate planning and administration, wills, trusts, and tax‑efficient strategies
• Working with succession planning for family businesses and HNW individuals
• Supporting the wider team’s growth through mentoring and collaboration

• Competitive salary, dependent on experience and level
• 2 days working from home per week
• Option to compress hours across 4 days
• Part‑time (4 days/week) considered
