Contract to Hire Labor Attorney / Employment Lawyer (California, 100% Remote)

Base pay: $50 – $60 per hour.

Contract length: 3 months before conversion to permanent direct hire.

Remote, must live in California and be licensed in CA.

We are a growing employment law firm seeking a fully remote Labor Lawyer/Wage & Hour Attorney. This contract‑to‑hire position offers opportunity for permanent conversion after 3 months.

• CA Bar license.
• CA residence.
• Willingness to work on a 3‑month contract before conversion to a permanent role.
• Professional Wage and Hour experience.
• Professional experience writing complaints.
• JD from an accredited law school.

• Hourly rate $50–$60/hour.
