A regional Creditors Rights law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to oversee legal matters from inception through post-judgment remedies. This fully remote role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation and an active Pennsylvania license to practice law. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional legal research and communication skills, handle a high-volume caseload and travel to courts within PA as required.
