• Work fully remote.
• Must be licensed in NY and/or NJ.
• Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case‑related documents.
• Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel.
• Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions.
• Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions.

• NY bar.
• Recent experience with general liability and/or auto bodily injury.
