The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plaintiff medical malpractice. Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Manage caseloads and deadlines effectively
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other team members
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• 1-6 years of experience in plaintiff medical malpractice
• Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
