How Will You Make a Difference?

• Accurately process client invoices by following specific client billing guidelines.
• Perform quality control reviews of all finalized invoices in your portfolio prior to delivery to the client.
• Ensure timely mailing of invoices for both routine and complex billing arrangements.
• Support attorney's portfolio by working directly with attorneys and clients.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

• Experience as a Billing Coordinator in a high volume legal or professional service environment is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional matter when dealing with all levels of legal, management and support staff.
• Ability to change and adapt to responsibilities and circumstances.
• Experience working with Aderant (or other law firm billing software) is preferred.
• Ability to work as a temporary employee (this a 30‑day assignment).
• This position is fully remote in MN.

• The pay range for this position varies by geographic market. In Minneapolis, the estimated pay range is $28.02 - $34.29 per hour (based on a 37.5‑hour workweek), which is equivalent to $54,646 - $66,870 annually. Final compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, skills, professional background, overall qualifications, and location.
