Civil Litigation & Contentious Probate Solicitor
Fully Remote | North of England | Part-Time or Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation and Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a practice on a fully remote basis. This role is open to candidates based in the North of England and offers genuine flexibility, with part-time or full-time options available and an ASAP start.
You will manage a varied caseload including:
- Civil litigation matters
- Contentious probate and estate disputes
- Handling files independently from inception to resolution
- Providing high-quality client advice and representation
- Fully remote working
- Flexible hours (part-time or full-time)
