As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Banking and Payments Lawyer to join our team and help us achieve our mission.
Responsibilities Advise on EU and Italian regulation in banking and payments (e.g., PSD2/PSD3, PSR, IFR, DORA, AML, MiCA, and eIDAS).
Assist clients operating in highly regulated and technology-driven sectors in their interactions with EU and Italian authorities.
Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, ensuring the highest level of trust and integrity.
Qualifications and Skills A conscientious team player with a desire to help others and open to constantly learning.
Excellent academic performance and written communication abilities.
3-5 years of experience as a qualified lawyer.
Fluent in Italian and English (C1 or C2).
Understanding and alignment with our values and culture.

9:00 - 13.00 and 14.00 - 18.00.
