National law firm Wood Smith Henning & Berman, LLP is hiring a litigation associate with 2-3 years relevant experience for its litigation practice team in Rhode Island. Candidate must be admitted in Rhode Island, both state and federal courts – no exceptions. An additional admission in Massachusetts is preferred.

• 2-3 years of litigation experience.
• Admission to Rhode Island state and federal courts;
  Massachusetts admission preferred.
• Experience in insurance defense, including premise liability, products liability, professional liability, construction, dram shop litigation and/or employment (preferred).
