Litigation Paralegal

Job Overview

Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year. The position offers firm‑paid medical benefits, remote work flexibility, annual bonuses, and a profit‑sharing 401(k) program.

The firm specializes in representing government entities across Georgia in general civil litigation, real estate law, complex government contracts, land use & zoning, and employment law.

• Provide litigation support for real estate, condemnation, business, construction, and other general civil litigation matters
• Track and manage case deadlines, including court dates, filing deadlines, and other critical milestones
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, real estate transaction documents, motions, and subpoenas
• E‑filing in state and federal court
• Act as a primary liaison between the attorney and clients
• Effectively collaborate with other team members and work independently as needed
• Monitor and ensure compliance with court orders, settlement agreements, and other legal obligations
• Assist with special projects as needed

• Dynamic self‑starter who values teamwork, high‑quality work product, and professional development
• Strong foundational knowledge of Georgia Superior Court Rules and experience with e‑filing
• Experience in business, real estate, real property, or general civil litigation preferred
• Paralegal Certificate required for consideration
