ResponsibilitiesThe Associate will work on a wide range of existing and new litigation matters, developing and executing case strategies and plans. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of litigation—fact investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, pretrial and trial work—and developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships.
Qualifications- Current member in good standing of the California State Bar and/or Nevada State Bar.
- Bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Strong work ethic, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent writing and case analysis abilities.
- Early, valuable hands‑on experience with depositions, court appearances, mediations, potential trial, and arbitration.

Salary range for 3–7‑year Associate depends on experience: $125,000–$175,000 plus eligibility for discretionary bonus program, with $28,000 annual bonus potential.
