Senior Insurance Defense Attorney/Partner – Fully Remote in Texas

We are an expanding litigation firm with over 55 attorneys, focused on trucking, automobile, and premises liability. We value grace, responsibility, and respect, offering a collaborative environment where attorneys manage their cases remotely while staying integral to the team.

• Base pay range: $100,000 – $200,000 per year (actual pay based on experience).
  Up to $190,000 (plus discretionary year‑end bonus of $10K–$15K+)
• Health, dental, and life insurance coverage (50%)
• 2 % 401(k) match (eligible from second paycheck)
• 15 PTO days + up to 10 additional days for sick leave, bereavement, or jury duty
• $500 annual CLE & state bar fee reimbursement
• $50 per month for cell phone and fitness reimbursement (gym or Peloton)

Defend insurance carriers and self‑insured transportation companies across Texas and beyond.

• Handle a manageable docket of 15–35 active files
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and inspections as needed
• Maintain a minimum of 160 billable hours per month
• Defend policyholders against liability claims (trucking/auto/premises)

• Minimum 8 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Demonstrated expertise in trucking, auto, or premises liability
• Strong communication skills and client‑service commitment
• Stable, growth‑oriented, and not a frequent job‑hopper
