EDiscovery Attorney Project Manager - Remote EST Charlotte, NC

Position Overview

We cover the entire Electronic Discovery Reference Model while focusing on innovation, cost control, and predictability through innovative technology and proven best practices and protocols.

The eDiscovery Attorney Project Manager will work remotely from 2 pm to 10 pm EST, managing multiple matters, handling inquiries, and leading projects with cross‑functional technical and legal teams. The role requires a large law firm background in managed review and a thorough understanding of e‑Discovery methodologies. Strong Relativity Analytics or equivalent platform expertise is mandatory.

• Manage and coordinate multiple e‑Discovery projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet objectives.
• Maintain client expectations, ensuring satisfaction and timely communication.
• Confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively.

• JD from a top law school.
• Bar admission active and in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
• Large law firm experience with managed review and e‑Discovery projects.
• Strong experience with Relativity and analytics platforms.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain satisfaction.
• Strong communication, client management, and interpersonal skills.

Targeted base salary of $100,000–$150,000 depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility.
