Our Firm is rapidly expanding in California and is actively seeking a highly motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with experience handling all aspects of civil litigation. Public entity defense litigation experience is a plus.

Remote / hybrid work is common in this office. Skills and Educational Requirements- JD from an ABA-Approved law school, with strong academic credentials
- Current California Bar admission in good standing
- Minimum of two years of practical civil litigation experience required
- Ability to independently handle an active caseload, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs; managing discovery; taking and defending depositions; and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
- Outstanding analytical and creative thinking capabilities
- Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner, along with a commitment to providing clients with exceptional services
