Litigated Claims Consultant; Examiner | Public Entity | Remote

• Address and manage high-end cases involving serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios
• Develop strategies for case resolution and communicate findings to appropriate parties
• Coordinate with legal counsel and monitor performance on litigation matters
• Identify subrogation opportunities and manage the associated process
• Participate in mediations, trials, arbitrations, or hearings as necessary

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred;
  Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience handling litigation, including 5 years in claims management
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles and laws relevant to claims and recoveries
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong analytical and organizational skills

• Experience in a similar role within the insurance or legal industry
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with medical management practices and Social Security and Medicare application procedures
