A prominent law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join its growing Louisville, Kentucky office. The successful candidate will work within a premier litigation practice on a variety of interesting and sophisticated matters, managing cases from commencement through final resolution.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling litigation matters, possess excellent analytical and writing skills, and demonstrate intelligence, diligence, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit. Judicial clerkship experience is not required but is highly preferred. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with a combination of in-office and remote work depending on case and workload demands.

Recommended Credentials:

• 3-7 years of litigation experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Commitment to teamwork and exceptional client service, including the ability to understand client objectives and develop creative solutions
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build consensus
• Demonstrated capability to manage litigation independently, including drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to written discovery, gathering information from clients, drafting and arguing substantive motions and briefs, and taking or defending fact witness depositions with limited supervision
• Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
