Insurance Defense Attorney (Full Remote)

This well-established law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to support its civil litigation and insurance defense practice. The role involves managing cases from inception through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.

• Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and case strategy
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents
• Prepare for and assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
• Manage multiple matters while meeting court deadlines independently

• Active and in good standing Nevada Bar license
• 1+ year of experience in civil litigation or insurance defense
• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and caseload independently
• Trial preparation or courtroom exposure is a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $180,000
, plus eligibility for discretionary annual bonuses. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as location/market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
