• Hybrid remote work.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters.
• Represent insurers in declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.
• Serve as lead counsel in insurance coverage litigation matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.
• Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management.

• Recent experience as an Insurance Coverage Partner.
