Remote Project and Coverage Attorney – Civil Litigation, Practice

De Novo, a boutique staffing and recruitment agency is currently seeking a Florida barred attorney to join our bench of vetted, highly-qualified legal professionals in our project/contract and coverage division. This unique opportunity offers flexibility and the comfort of knowing we bring the work to you through our clients. Contract/Project work is done remotely, coverage work is a combination of remote and in person attendance within the South Florida area.

Ideal candidates will have experience in various civil litigation practice areas preferably personal injury, property insurance, real estate and commercial litigation. This position offers occasional work on a per project or coverage assignment basis. Candidate should be versatile and understand the ebbing and flowing nature of contract work. We are looking for a motivated, dependable self-starter who takes pride in producing an exceptional work product in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in their respective civil litigation practice areas; experience in multiple practice areas preferred
• Must be a Florida barred attorney in good standing
• Must be flexible, dependable and willing to prioritize De Novo assignments
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have excellent research skills
