We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of Trusts and Estates experience to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for an associate who is comfortable handling matters with increasing independence and who is looking for hands‑on experience across estate planning and estate administration.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and reviewing sophisticated estate planning documents, including Wills and Trusts
• Handling estate and trust administration matters from inception through completion
• Managing probate proceedings and Surrogate’s Court filings
• Working directly with partners and clients on substantive legal and strategic issues

* Qualifications
**

• Admitted to practice in New York
• At least 2 years of experience in Trusts and Estates
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Experience with estate administration and probate matters
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with partners
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable
• Professional judgment and strong ethical standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
