A leading technology company in Austin is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance on contracts, compliance, and emerging issues related to autonomy and AI. You will draft and negotiate various agreements while advising engineering and business teams on legal risks and data privacy. Ideal candidates will possess a Juris Doctor, an active bar license, and 2-5 years of in-house corporate counsel experience, preferably in technology or regulated industries.
