A senior trial attorney at a respected civil litigation firm in Irvine has just stepped into a managing partner’s caseload, and now he needs a right hand. Someone who knows how to jump into active files, manage deadlines, and keep cases moving without constant direction.

This is a full-time, in-office role
—not because the firm doesn’t trust remote work, but because the volume is real and collaboration is constant. You'll be part of a tight-knit team known for tackling everything from personal injury to construction defect and brain injury defense. Think real lawyering, real trial prep, and real responsibility.

• Drafting and formatting pleadings, discovery, and pre-trial documents
• Summarizing depositions and medical records
• Managing case calendars, hearings, and trial dates
• Coordinating with court personnel, clients, and expert witnesses
• Filing documents with state and federal courts (electronic and physical)
• Keeping the attorney organized and ahead of the curve on all deadlines

• Strong background in civil litigation (insurance defense is a plus)
• Deep familiarity with the CA Code of Civil Procedure and local rules
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple active files
• No paralegal certificate required—your experience speaks for itself
• Excellent communication, writing, and time management skills

• Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000
