In this pivotal role, you will support global operations by managing corporate and commercial legal matters, spanning across multiple jurisdictions. Your expertise will help in the drafting and negotiation of key commercial agreements, as well as ensuring compliance and risk management within the corporate framework.

• Take ownership of defined work streams within cross‑functional projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Own legal documentation related to projects, including key commercial agreements and corporate documents.
• Provide business‑oriented legal support on corporate and commercial questions for key jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various English‑law‑governed commercial agreements.
• Manage day‑to‑day legal tasks and suggest improvements to legal processes.
• Identify and flag legal risks in contracts and corporate actions while proposing mitigations.

• Qualified lawyer with 4–6 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in a top‑tier law firm.
• Solid experience in cross‑border corporate and commercial matters, particularly involving the UK, Europe, and the US.
• Hands‑on experience with English‑law‑governed contracts and corporate documents.
• Fluency in English at minimum C1 level; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex legal concepts.
• High degree of business acumen and problem‑solving ability.
