The ideal candidate will have recent experience handling appeals in state and/or federal courts, with a strong background in legal writing, oral argument, and strategic case evaluation.

• Handle appeals from inception through resolution, including briefing and oral argument.
• Analyze trial records and legal issues to assess appeal viability.
• Draft persuasive appellate briefs, motions, writs, and related pleadings.
• Argue cases before appellate courts and provide strategic input on appellate strategy.
• Consult with trial teams to preserve appellate issues and ensure proper record development.

• Recent experience as an Appellate Attorney
• Recent experience in litigation and/or insurance defense
