• Draft, negotiate, and close fintech and HTS partner contracts to support Hopper's success
• Navigate complex regulatory issues related to payments, lending, insurance, and bank partnerships
• Advise product teams on innovative product structures and legal developments impacting fintech products
• Build scalable processes for legal review and the launch of new products
• Provide legal advice on global business issues, including consumer protection and regulatory compliance

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LLM from the United States
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an in-house position, government, or law firm practice
• Proven ability to operate in unfamiliar legal areas and jurisdictions
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in navigating complex regulatory issues and commercial contract drafting

• Experience in advising a wide range of industries, including consumer products and technology services
• Familiarity with cross-border tax issues and their implications on commercial contracts
