Dentons Bingham Greenebaum LLP is seeking a mid‑senior associate to join our sophisticated and highly regarded Real Estate practice in the Indianapolis office. The position will include a mix of in‑office and remote work depending on case and workload demands.

The candidate hired for this position will work collaboratively with dedicated partners and associates on a variety of complex transactional matters. Dentons’ fully‑integrated US Real Estate team provides indispensable advice from local, regional, national and global perspectives at every juncture within the industry.

• Must have superior communication and be able to work in a team environment
• Must have the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Must have the ability to interact and work productively with all levels of firm staff
• Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and great organizational skills are essential
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer technical skills and demonstrated ability to learn new software
• Ability to maintain discretion and privacy with confidential matters and documents
• Excellent client service, ability to work overtime and travel as needed

• 3+ years of experience practicing real estate
• Ability to meet minimum billable hourly requirement
• Ability to recognize and comprehend facts and legal concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF creation tool(s), document management software, timekeeping software, Intapp Time experience preferred, Internet required

• MBA and/or business experience preferred but not required
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana
