Associate Attorney

The Sandhu Law Group, APC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. We have offices in Sacramento, Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Redding, and Seattle and are experiencing tremendous growth. We represent a variety of nationally recognized companies in the areas of Bodily Injury, Transportation, Construction, and Premises Liability. This is a great opportunity for attorneys looking to grow their career and lay down some roots with our firm.

Our firm works in a team orientated environment with a excellent support structure. Qualified applicants must possess excellent analytical and writing skills. The ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude is a must. This is a great ground floor opportunity for the right candidate to grow with us., Candidates should possess 3-5+ years of civil litigation experience, can work independently, and have strong communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $120k to $170k depending on level of experience. We also offer a bonus structure. Salary can be negotiable depending on level of experience.

• Representing a variety of legal matters
• Conducting depositions and drafting legal documents
• Identifying and collaborating with experts
• Working closely with other senior attorneys assisting with cases from inception to trial

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• 3-5+ years of insurance defense and litigation experience (required)
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment

• Annual salary range of $120,000 - $170,000 DOE, with bonus potential based on performance and productivity
