About the Remote Opportunity

One of our clients – a highly regarded, technology‑focused IP firm – is seeking experienced patent attorneys and patent agents with strong technical backgrounds in software such as AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and Data Storage. This role offers full remote flexibility while providing access to sophisticated, high‑profile work and a collaborative team environment.
KeyTechnical Areas
Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning algorithms and applications; cloud computing, data, etc.
Responsibilities- Draft and/or prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.
Fully remote with flexible work arrangements; access to cutting‑edge emerging technology matters; collegial team culture with direct partner and client interaction; transparent, competitive compensation and benefits package.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $180,000 – $365,000 annually, depending on role, client, location, and candidate experience. Requirements- J.D. with admission to at least one state bar or registered USPTO Patent Agent.
- 3+ years of patent prosecution experience in AI, ML, wireless communications, and/or semiconductors.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics (advanced degree preferred but not required).
- Strong writing and client communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
