OverviewA boutique law firm staffed by former large law firm talent seeks a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a fully remote position on the East Coast. The role reports directly to the managing partner and works closely with the legal team. This is a billable position with no annual requirement. Applicants must have experience in large law firm commercial real estate paralegal work.

- Assisting attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Reviewing and analyzing title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys.
- Preparing and managing closing binders, ensuring all necessary documents are properly organized and accessible.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including leases, contracts, and deeds.
- Coordinating with various parties such as clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and title companies.
- Conducting legal research and due diligence related to property transactions.
- Managing and tracking the progress of transactions and ensuring timely follow‑ups.
- Keeping up-to-date with laws and regulations related to commercial real estate.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.
- Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and managing closing binders.
- Strong understanding of the mortgage industry and commercial real estate transactions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Paralegal certification preferred but not required.
