Litigation Associate Attorney

Take charge in the courtroom! We are looking for a top litigation associate to handle complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, business torts, and fiduciary disputes to join a top tier boutique in Dallas.

• Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Manage cases from start to finish and argue hearings
• Market‑leading compensation with bonuses tied to billable hours

• High‑level trial experience and client strategy work

• J.D., licensed in Texas
• 8+ years in commercial litigation
• Strong trial and motion practice experience
