LOD a Consilio company's client, a well-regarded Am Law 100 firm, has an immediate need for multiple Fully Remote
, California-barred litigation attorneys who will assist the firm with day-to-day case management and analysis of automotive consumer warranty claims. These attorneys will regularly handle discovery matters, case management conferences (which are conducted via Zoom), and their workload will likely grow to encompass depositions as well. A background in lemon law/ vehicle warranty matters is a plus for this role, but certainly not a requirement.

The client is happy to train up attorneys who possess general litigation experience.

This is a remote, contract position with an anticipated long-term duration (no set end date). It is an excellent opportunity for California-barred lawyers who are looking to practice at a major law firm while also enjoying reasonable hours and the flexibility of remote work. Candidates will be eligible for health insurance benefits and 401k through LOD a Consilio company.

• General litigation & deposition experience required with a minimum of 2 years' experience (easily transferrable backgrounds include medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability, etc.)
• Ideal candidate will have defense experience
