- Legal Research and Analysis
- Document Drafting
- Case Management
- Coordinate Communication Between Parties
- Document Analysis
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
- 2+ years of experience working as a transactional paralegal
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proactive case management skills
- Pass a background check
- Have a valid driver’s license and means of transportation to and from the office and off-site meetings (within Kootenai, Spokane, and Bonner counties).
- Provide your own computer, high-speed internet connection, and any accessories for performing daily work.
- Be tech-savvy and enjoy learning new software and systems through experimentation and research.
- In-person attendance at weekly team meetings on Tuesday morning in Post Falls.
- Hybrid position; work from home most days.
- Competitive salary of $60K - $85
