Corporate/M&A Senior Associate (8+ Years)

We are looking for a talented M&A associate to advise businesses and private equity firms on M&A transactions ranging from $20MM-$250MM with a top tier boutique in Dallas.

• Negotiate and draft purchase agreements and ancillary documents
• Manage diligence and mentor junior attorneys

• Aggressive compensation plan with origination incentives and bonuses
• Full benefits and 401(k)
• Occasional work-from-home flexibility
• Direct client contact and leadership opportunities

• J.D., licensed in Texas
• 8+ years in corporate transactions and M&A
• Strong financial and drafting skills
